A spotted moray hangs out in a hole on the edge of Three-fingers reef. The effect of the air-glass-water interface of the scuba mask often deceives the diver into thinking things are bigger or closer than they appear. The conch shell in front of this eel gives it some perspective. These guys are beautifully marked and colored but this one was pretty tiny. |
