| When it was all said and done, we'd made 12 dives over the week. The Nikonos gear and new bouancy compensator had worked extremely well. We were exhausted and ready for a break from diving. While William King and I headed home to California, our other dive buddy, Brad Reynolds, caught an inter-island flight to begin diving other French Polynesian islands in the Tuomotu chain. He was planning on staying a month. We had to go back to work. |
