Certainly, I've shot many technically superior pictues to this one. Questionable if I should even have included it in the final edit.

But I just love these unusual filefish. This one at Newman's Wall was probably 14 or 16 inches long. The poor exposure hardly does justice to the iridescent color produced by its overactive chromatiphores.

One more picture that leaves me wondering, "what was nature thinking!" But on the reef form usually follows function.
